Privacy Policy for The Coding Brothers
Effective date: 24 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when players use:
- Bow Royale;
- Unseen Three; and
- Space Goalers.
In this Privacy Policy, these titles are collectively referred to as the “Games.” Some data practices differ between the Games. Those differences are described below.
1. Summary of Data Practices
Depending on the Game and the features used, information handled may include:
- player-selected or randomly generated display names;
- anonymous or service-generated player identifiers;
- lobby, match, room, allocation, and session identifiers;
- Internet Protocol addresses and approximate network region;
- connection status, latency, and network diagnostic information;
- device, platform, operating-system, and application information;
- game configuration, selected character, or selected abilities;
- limited gameplay statistics, where described below;
- email address and account information for optional Space Goalers accounts; and
- technical or operational logs generated by service providers.
The developer does not sell or rent personal information and does not use player information for targeted advertising or behavioural marketing.
2. Information Provided by Players
Display names
The Games may assign a random display name or allow a player to choose a display name. Display names may be visible to other players in lobbies, multiplayer matches, scoreboards, profiles, match-result screens, or similar gameplay interfaces.
Players should not include their real name, email address, phone number, home address, or other personal or sensitive information in a display name.
Optional Space Goalers accounts
Space Goalers allows players to play as guests or optionally register an account through Microsoft PlayFab. A registered player provides an email address and password for registration, login, and password recovery.
PlayFab handles passwords. The developer does not receive or have access to a player's readable password.
3. Information Stored Locally
The Games may store limited information on the player's device, including:
- a guest or selected display name;
- sound, control, language, or visual preferences;
- selected characters or abilities;
- tutorial or settings choices; and
- other local game preferences.
Local information may be removed when the player changes or resets the relevant setting, clears the application's data, uninstalls the Game, resets the device, or replaces the device.
4. Online Multiplayer and Technical Information
The Games use third-party multiplayer and hosting services. When a player uses online features, those providers may process information required to establish, operate, secure, and maintain the connection.
This information may include:
- Internet Protocol address;
- temporary, anonymous, or service-generated identifiers;
- lobby, room, match, allocation, deployment, or session identifiers;
- connection status and network latency;
- server or network region;
- device type, platform, and operating-system information;
- application and game-version information;
- game-session configuration and match state; and
- security, diagnostic, and operational logs.
5. Game-Specific Practices
Bow Royale
Bow Royale is an online multiplayer action game available on supported mobile and web platforms.
Bow Royale uses:
- Unity Authentication for anonymous or service-generated player identification;
- Unity Lobby for multiplayer lobby creation and joining;
- Unity Cloud Code for server-deployment and multiplayer coordination;
- Unity Netcode for GameObjects and Unity Transport for networked gameplay; and
- Edgegap for on-demand dedicated-game-server deployment and hosting.
To start and operate a multiplayer match, Bow Royale and its providers may process a player identifier, display name, lobby identifier, match configuration, selected model or character, connection information, Internet Protocol address, deployment region, server endpoint, and temporary match-session information.
Bow Royale's dedicated servers may process gameplay state and connection events while a match is active. Dedicated-server deployments are temporary and may stop after the match or after the server becomes empty. Service providers may retain limited operational, security, or diagnostic logs according to their own policies.
Unseen Three
Unseen Three is an online multiplayer card game. It uses Unity Authentication, Unity Lobby, Unity Relay, and Unity Netcode for GameObjects to provide online sessions.
A selected display name is stored locally on the player's device. The developer does not maintain an external Unseen Three account database, leaderboard database, cloud-save database, purchase database, or advertising database.
Space Goalers
Space Goalers uses Photon Quantum 3 and Photon Cloud for real-time multiplayer. Photon may process Internet Protocol addresses, temporary player and session identifiers, room or match identifiers, latency, server-region information, device information, and other technical information needed to operate and secure multiplayer sessions.
Space Goalers also uses Microsoft PlayFab for optional registered accounts, authentication, password recovery, display names, profiles, and saved gameplay statistics.
For registered players, the stored gameplay statistics are limited to:
- goals scored;
- games played;
- games won; and
- number of MVP awards received.
Guest players can play without registering. Guest display names and preferences are stored locally, and guest gameplay statistics are not stored in PlayFab.
6. Analytics and Crash Reporting
At the effective date of this Privacy Policy, the Games do not use a separate advertising analytics service or a dedicated third-party crash-reporting service operated directly by the developer.
Unity, Photon, PlayFab, Edgegap, Apple, Google, itch.io, operating-system providers, or other infrastructure providers may independently generate limited technical, security, diagnostic, or operational logs required to provide, secure, maintain, or troubleshoot their services.
7. Advertising and Purchases
At the effective date of this Privacy Policy, the Games do not display third-party advertisements and do not contain in-app purchases.
The developer does not use advertising identifiers for targeted advertising and does not sell personal information.
8. Information the Developer Does Not Intentionally Collect
Except where an email address is voluntarily provided for a registered Space Goalers account or a support request, the developer does not intentionally request or remotely store:
- real names;
- phone numbers;
- home or postal addresses;
- payment-card information;
- precise Global Positioning System location;
- photos or videos;
- device contacts;
- voice recordings;
- private chat messages;
- health information;
- biometric information; or
- social-media account information.

13. Data Retention
Local settings and guest information remain on the player's device until changed, cleared, removed by the operating system, or deleted when the relevant Game is uninstalled.
Registered Space Goalers account information and saved statistics may remain in PlayFab while the account is active. Multiplayer, connection, authentication, hosting, and operational information may be retained by service providers according to their operational, security, legal, and backup requirements.
14. Access, Correction, and Deletion
Players may remove locally stored information by changing the relevant setting, clearing application or browser data, or uninstalling the Game.
A registered Space Goalers player may request deletion of the player's account and associated data by contacting the privacy email below.
The request should include:
- the name of the Game;
- the email address associated with the account;

- a clear request to delete the account and associated data.
Reasonable verification may be required to prevent unauthorised access or deletion. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
15. Security
Reasonable efforts are made to minimise unnecessary collection and to use established service providers for multiplayer, authentication, hosting, and account features. However, no network transmission, software system, electronic-storage method, or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
16. Children's Privacy
The Games are general-audience games and are not specifically directed at children under the age of 13.
Space Goalers account registration requires an email address. Children should create an account only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian where required by applicable law.
17. International Data Processing
Service providers may process technical, account, multiplayer, and operational information in countries or regions outside the player's country of residence. Such processing is governed by those providers' policies, contractual terms, and applicable legal safeguards.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the Games' features, technologies, data practices, distribution platforms, or service providers change. Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
